Privacy
Your information should have a clear destination and purpose.
Bushnell Agency collects only the information needed to understand your request, route it appropriately, and arrange licensed follow-up.
Information you submit
If you submit a guided questionnaire, Bushnell Agency receives your name, email address, phone number, state, selected questionnaire answers, contact consent, submission time, and a receipt identifier. The site also preserves basic source or campaign information so Wayne can understand how you found the agency.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to your request, identify the appropriate licensed follow-up path, avoid duplicate records, preserve consent evidence, maintain an audit trail, and protect the intake service from abuse. It is not used to make an automatic coverage, eligibility, underwriting, or product decision.
State routing
Your state is used to determine whether Wayne may handle the licensed conversation. If not, the request is held for referral to an appropriately licensed insurance professional. Submission does not guarantee that an agent is available or that coverage will be offered.
If you choose to email Wayne, your message is handled by the email services used by you and Bushnell Agency. Ordinary email should not contain sensitive medical, financial, identity, or payment information.
Website delivery and security
Website hosting and security providers may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. Bushnell Agency does not sell submitted visitor information or use questionnaire answers to build advertising profiles.
Retention and questions
Submission and consent records are retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. To ask a privacy question or request review of information you submitted, email waynebushnell.sfg@gmail.com and include your receipt number if available. Do not include additional sensitive information in ordinary email.
